Bodycam video shows Olympic track star Sha’Carri Richardson being pulled over and arrested after reportedly driving 104 mph, while also allegedly cutting off other vehicles and tailgating. During the encounter, Richardson explained that she was speeding because a back tire was under-inflated, and asked the officer to “work with her” before her arrest.
