To be clear, the real LTO site is the first one (the predominantly blue one). I want to share that scammers are now using ‘official’ LTO text messages. I received a text message from ‘LTO’, with a link that genuinely looks like a link to LTO’s official website. I made the mistake of clicking the link, but thankfully I didn’t enter any details. I went to the official LTO website (https://portal.lto.gov.ph), and I was able to log in and confirm that I had not received any violations at all. Sharin
