What began with a five-day hike organized by the Issaquah Alps Trails Club from Snoqualmie Pass to the Seattle waterfront has grown into Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust, a 1.5-million-acre landscape of trails, restored creeks and rivers, with thriving forests. Today, their work continues right here in Issaquah, where they recently completed a massive restoration project for salmon habitat in Lake Sammamish State Park.
