In an interview with French news channel BFMTV, Bromet revealed that hackers changed her name in the government system to “Jean-Michel, known as Brigitte Macron,” referencing a long-running online conspiracy that claims Brigitte was born male. The rumour asserts that Macron’s maiden name, Trogneux, belongs to a supposed male identity.
