The signs for Dysautonomia can vary in every individual, which is why its important to talk to your neurologist, autonomic neurokogist, cardiologist, Or electrophysiologist about your symptoms. Presyncipe is the feeling you get before passing out, usually resulting in blurred or black vision, dizziness/lightheadedness, cold or hot feeling throughout body, tinnitus (ear ringing), and breathlessness. A common type of dysautonomia with EDS patients is POTS. #chronicillness #disability #spoonie #ehl

The best thing you can do for yourself when you’re experiencing presyncope is to sit down or lay down! Even if you are not typically someone who passes out, presyncope is our warning signal that we may loose consciousness. So it’s always better to be safe than sorry! #xyzbca #pots #potsyndrome #posturalorthostatictachycardiasyndrome #potsawareness #potsie #chronicillness #chronicallyill #dysautonomiaawareness #dysautonomia #syncope #presyncope #fainting

How I manage a faint and presyncope episode from my Dysautonomia- I have VVS & POTS Disclaimer: I was already filming my workout, I do most workouts as it’s my job & also for progress & form correction. When I’m in presyncope, I’m unable to register most things, so no I can’t turn the camera off, I’m more so fighting to stay conscious. This is part of my chronic illness. I was feeling a bit meh today, very tired and didn’t sleep well. My @visible.health app had given me a morning stability of 3,

Pre-syncope is when someone comes close to passing out, but doesn't quite lose consciousness. Most commonly this is due to Vaso vagal event - especially in younger people, which is not life-threatening. However, this can also be seen in folks with cardiac disease in the setting of concerning arrhythmias. sitting or lying them down elevating their legs can help them to regain blood flow and full consciousness. If this is however an unfamiliar event for them, seek medical assistance. From: @thedys
