The original carb on my 1990 #kawasaki #kx250 #2stroke had a worn out float needle seat valve causing it to leak badly. Unlike Mikuni carbs which have removable seat valves and use an o-ring to fit into the carb body, these Keihins have pressed in seat valves and are not designed to be replaced. I was able to remove mine with an 8mm tap and replace it with another one I extracted from a knock off carb I had lying around. More coming soon from this #dirtbike #restoration | Mad Marc
