🚨 Lifesaving Rescue in Canal 🚨 �Today at approximately 12:32 PM, officers responded to a report of a possible drowning near Golf Center Parkway & Avenue 42. Upon arrival, Officer Cardenas spotted an 18-year-old male submerged in the canal. Without hesitation, he entered the water, pulled the unresponsive victim to the surface, and immediately began CPR.
