I’ve been in the gym for 22 days now with my consistent workout plan that I’ve used in the past… knowing how to work out properly will reap you the results you’re looking.. 💪😎 Instead pushing heavier weights at the beginning I go lighter with reps but using the “TUT” which stands for (Time under Tension) look it up and do that.. instead of me getting on the treadmill I do H.I.I.T cardio with 20 seconds on and 20 seconds off for 12 cycles which comes out to 5-6 min of really getting heart rate
