We lost a legend when Greg Malouf passed. A chef that truly deserved that over-used term. His influence on not just Melbourne but world food through his time at Momo, Petersham and in the Middle East as well as his wonderful cookbooks cannot be over -estimated. He was also always a great chat - dry, insightful, passionate and could make you laugh hard. Sad today. My thoughts are with all his many friends and his family. @gregmaloufchef | Matt Preston
