Tres leches cake is one of my favorite desserts but of course we had to add those fall flavors to the recipe and create a pumpkin spice version! TIPS: 1. Prepare the box cake mix according to box instructions. (I substituted the water for milk) 2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, vanilla paste/extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Allow cake to cool completely, poke holes in the cake with a fork, and pour on the milk mixture. 3. Let the milk soak into the cake for 10 mins

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 SCOTTISH SWEET 5 SPICE 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 There are spices that I keep and use on repeat in my Scottish cakes and bakes, and I was inspired by @melissafood when she put together a Jamaican 7 spice powder - thanks Melissa! It just made sense! Getting the balance right is key, and when I smell this mix it immediately makes me think of Perkins! I have tried it in several recipes, which will be coming up soon, and it worked so well. I also have a Scottish SAVOURY 7 spice coming soon too!
