Approximately 26 people were arrested at a protest outside a Minnesota hotel where top Border Patrol official Gregory Bovino was believed to be staying. Protestors used whistles, pots, pans and other utensils to make noise before police issued a dispersal order. Police told CNN they were still processing the arrests and the final number may change.
