Sep 26, 2023 · The Marriott at Metro Center is pretty nice inside, and directly over the station where 4 lines converge, so you can get around easily. It's close to the Mall for tourist stuff, but that area is a bit devoid of life after dark.

May 25, 2024 · 15th floor (top) is extremely quiet for the location. Beds are extremely comfortable. Gym is good. Great location. Takes 8 mins to get from room to Metro platform for stop at the hotel and Metro Center station is right down the street. Took blue line to and from the airport. Starbucks in lobby. So all in all, a dang functional hotel.

Jan 25, 2023 · You’d probably get a suite at world center for the price of a single room at the Gaylord. The Gaylord has better class of people. Both are Marriott’s so points don’t matter. Gaylord is closer to fun spot and 192 area chain places which I’d consider slumming it.

Jun 9, 2023 · I know resort fees and parking is an additional fee that I’m paying for. Do they check every person for a wrist band/hotel card before entering the water park, pools, lazy river if I invited a few people to join us for the day? I’ve been to other Marriott properties where they didn’t check the amount of guests entering with the reservations.

Mar 25, 2023 · Marriott has a number of Vacation Clubs there. For a family with a toddler I’d highly recommend checking them out. I’ve stayed at the one near the World Center Marriott. It was a two bedroom two bath condo with two balconies over looking a golf course. I’ll see if I can find a link. Edit: I’ve stayed at the Sabal Palms. Link!
