I get it undercoated each year and frame seems to be in great shape. A Toyota dealership recently told me frame is good, doesn't need replacing.

Does everyone remember the Prius brake issues and Toyota/Lexus unintended acceleration (hint they all killed people). Recalls are red marks against a manufacturer and TSB's are fixes for discovered issues after deployment.
