Director Shawn Levy recently outlined the cameos planned for Deadpool & Wolverine. On a recent podcast, Levy confirmed that the team considered characters like Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider and Ben Affleck’s Daredevil.

Deadpool & Wolverine star Ryan Reynolds opened up about Nicolas Cage‘s scrapped Ghost Rider return, which was part of the R-rated threequel’s early drafts along with Ben Affleck‘s Daredevil cameo. Cage portrayed the fan-favorite Marvel antihero in 2007’s Ghost Rider and its 2011 sequel Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance.
