After getting blanked in Winnipeg on Friday night, the Stars needed a big response on home ice. The Jets had been shaky on the road both last series and last playoffs, and the Stars had been far better when at American Airlines Center.

This is one of the few "early" Western Conference games on the schedule this postseason. They will drop the puck at 4:30 p.m. EDT.

In the finale of the regular season series, the Jets did earn a victory at American Airlines Center on April 10. Not too much can be leaned on from that game however, as the Jets also had success at Enterprise Center - the home of the St. Louis Blues - in the regular season (earning two wins) but came up empty in the three games in the First Round.
