Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a shooting that critically injured one person early Tuesday morning in Gresham.

Three families have been displaced after a fire at an apartment complex in Oregon City early Thursday morning.

The fire started on the ground floor and spread to all four units within the building, the Clackamas Fire Department said.
