Waterbury police say a 15-year-old student at Kennedy High School was hit by a car after leaving school for the day on Thursday afternoon.

Waterbury police said that officers located 36-year-old Kawoine Bell inside his unregistered car with 50 baggies of cocaine on Monday night.
