Many Verizon customers can’t hear you now. There appears to be a widespread outage of Verizon cell phone service, according to DownDetector, an online site that monitors websites and services. Nearly 105, 000 outages have been reported in the past 90 minutes, according to the site.

More than 100,000 Verizon users reported issues with their cell service on Monday morning, according to an online outage tracker.

More than 100,000 reports have been submitted to Verizon for service outages in several states, including Washington. It’s unclear what has caused the outage but Verizon is aware of the issue and is working to solve it.
