Todd Alcott has defeated challenger Patti Minter in the race for Bowling Green’s Mayor. In a tight race, incumbent Alcott received 11,245 votes (52.68%) and Minter received 10,100 votes (47.32%).

Mayor Todd Alcott was reelected as Bowling Green mayor Tuesday evening.  According to WBKO, Alcott defeated former Patti Minter, state representative and WKU history professor, by a 5.4% margin.
