After taking a 43-35 loss at Georgia last week, this marks the end of a brutally tough two-game road swing for Ole Miss.

Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels will square off against the No. 13 ranked Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday in Norman with an opportunity to make a statement against a Top-15 foe.

Florida fans have clamored for Kiffin for weeks in the lead up to Billy Napier being fired midway through his fourth season with the Gators, as Kiffin has built Ole Miss into one of the better programs in the SEC. Kiffin hasn't denied the rumors, but he did address the coaching rumors to his team in the lead up to Ole Miss' game against Oklahoma.

Despite Oklahoma leading for more than 23:00 of game time, and by as many as nine points with 10:30 remaining in the second half, Wisconsin executed a late surge in the final minutes to tighten the score. That late push fell just one point short, with the Sooners holding onto an 84-83 victory.
