A developing winter storm is threatening to drop snow, sleet and freezing rain on parts of Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

An arctic air mass remains in place across the Ohio Valley region, bringing more cold temperatures and snow accumulations by the end of the week.

Several schools will remain closed Wednesday across Greater Cincinnati due to the impacts from the major winter storm that hit the area.
