Damian Lillard exited with a left leg injury during the first quarter of Game 4 of the Milwaukee Bucks vs. Indiana Pacers first round series in the 2025 NBA Playoffs. Lillard fell to the floor going for a loose ball and suffered a non-contact injury in the leg.

Milwaukee Bucks superstar guard Damian Lillard has suffered a torn Achilles and will miss the rest of the playoffs and beyond. Lillard suffered the injury in the first half of Sunday's Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers. Prior to the news breaking, the Bucks had feared it was a torn Achilles injury.

Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee Bucks point guard Damian Lillard could very well find himself back on the sidelines again. Dame went down early with a noncontact injury in Game 4 on Sunday night and did not return to the action after retiring to the locker room.
