Henriette was downgraded from a tropical storm in the Eastern Pacific to a tropical depression, but restrengthened into a hurricane as it tracked away from Hawaii.
H ONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Hurricane Henriette is maintaining its strength as a Category 1 system as it moves rapidly to the northwest, away from the islands. In data valid at 11 a.m. Monday, Henriette had maximum sustained winds of 85 miles per hour with higher gusts.
