An extreme heat warning was released by the NWS Las Vegas NV on Wednesday at 2:46 a.m. in effect until 8 p.m. The warning is for Death Valley, Western Mojave Desert, Morongo Basin, Cadiz Basin and San Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley.

An Extreme Heat Warning is also in effect across western Arizona, along the Colorado River, until 8 p.m. Wednesday and for the lower elevations of the Grand Canyon below 4,000 feet through Thursday evening.

An extreme heat warning was released by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 1:20 p.m. in effect until 10 p.m. for Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon, Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon and Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.
