Evesham Police say a 14-year-old boy intentionally started the Oct. 30 wildfire in Burlington County, New Jersey.

Authorities are also investigating whether the Oct. 30 fire is connected to a Nov. 7 fire that consumed 375 acres.

A teen boy is accused of intentionally starting a wildfire that burned through more than 50 acres in Evesham Township, New Jersey last month.

The juvenile, who was not identified due to his age, was arrested on Nov. 7 and charged with aggravated arson.

Apparently, the teen now in custody may be responsible for yet another fire that devastated even more forest. Law enforcement investigators are currently looking into a potential link between the Evesham Township fire and a larger wildfire that scorched 375 acres in the same area that broke out on the same exact day the teen got arrested.

Authorities investigating the cause and origin of the Oct. 30 blaze "located evidence that identified this fire as an arson," the Evesham Township Police said Wednesday.
