The fragile ceasefire between Israel and Iran appears to be holding, and U.S. President Donald Trump has asserted that U.S. and Iranian officials will talk next week.

The head of the Israel Defense Forces said Tuesday that “the campaign against Iran is not over” as a ceasefire between the two countries went into effect. President Donald Trump also vowed that Israel will not attack Iran and told Israel to bring its pilots home.

Iran fired a final wave of deadly missiles at Israel before acknowledging the deal, while Israel said it accepted the proposal because all its military objectives were already achieved.
