TEMPE -- The Arizona State Sun Devils (5-2, 3-1 Big 12) are entering a matchup against the Houston Cougars (6-1, 3-1) that has potential to be much more competitive than the consensus may have believed over the summer.

Jordyn Tyson is out for Arizona State's clash with Houston due to injury. He was hurt a week ago in the 26-22 win over Texas Tech, then returned to the game. But this week, head coach Kenny Dillingham ruled Tyson out anyway due to that injury.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys face the No. 14 Texas Tech Red Raiders, led by quarterback Behren Morton, on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025 at Jones AT&T Stadium in Lubbock, Texas.
