Maryland Governor Wes Moore unveiled a bill to protect women's rights in the State of Maryland during a recent bill signing event at the State Capitol.

Rain will continue Wednesday and storms are expected in the afternoon and evening. Flood warnings are in place for parts of Allegany County.
