"There is a threat of significant icing over the northern half of Kentucky, mainly along and north of the Western Kentucky and Bluegrass Parkways," the NWS reported. Partly sunny with a high near 42 and west winds of 5 to 8 mph.

Throughout the day, snow and other conditions will impact areas north of the Interstate 64 corridor and into southern Indiana, with possible ice along and north of the Western Kentucky and Bluegrass Parkways.
