The backend of the wide receiver corps for the Los Angeles Chargers had another significant change after they re-signed Keenan Allen. He has a long history with the team and Justin Herbert, setting up for WR2 status at a minimum.

Wide receiver Keenan Allen is back with the Los Angeles Chargers after the franchise agreed to terms with the 12-year veteran, who spent his first 11 seasons with the Bolts before suiting up for the Chicago Bears in 2024.

"Six-time Pro-Bowl WR Keenan Allen, who spent the first 11 seasons of his NFL career with the Chargers, is re-signing with the franchise," ESPN's Adam Schefter wrote on X. "Allen visited the Chargers on Aug. 1, and the visit now has been extended for this season."
