Jessica Mann, the third and final accuser to testify in Harvey Weinstein ‘s New York retrial, returned to the stand on Tuesday to detail an alleged rape that she said occurred nine months after the charges he now faces.

Jessica Mann, the last of three women to take the stand in the New York retrial of Harvey Weinstein, told the jury Monday that what started as a reluctant but consensual sexual relationship with the disgraced movie mogul eventually spiraled into instances of rape.

Mann, who is the last accuser to testify in the retrial, claims Weinstein raped her in a Manhattan hotel room in 2013.
