EastEnders star Karen Henthorn is set to reprise her role as Julie Bates, 27 years after she was last seen in Albert Square.

An EastEnders star who left the BBC show 27 years ago is reprising her role and has teased some 'awful surprises'.

Julie has gone looking for her husband Nigel Bates, played by Paul Bradley, after he left her without explanation.
