Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been sued by two women who claimed they were raped at Trump Hotel in New York City by the mogul and his associates in the late '90s.

Attorney Tony Buzbee filed the suit in New York earlier today on behalf of a John Doe who alleged assault from an incident that took place in 2015. Buzbee has been behind a substantial number of suits brought against Combs over the past year, including one that named Jay-Z as an additional defendant.

A federal judge has granted a request to extend the timeline to serve Sean “Diddy" Combs with a lawsuit alleging that he and his entourage gang-raped a woman in Orinda after the woman's lawyer said she had uncovered “new facts" that require her to investigate and amend her complaint.

Combs is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial on federal sex crime charges
