Either visiting Auburn or host Arkansas (2-5, 0-3 SEC) will emerge as the winner in the 11:45 a.m. game, with the Razorbacks riding a five-game losing streak and the Tigers (3-4, 0-4 SEC) tripping on a four-game skid.

Auburn enters this week’s game against Arkansas on a 4-game losing streak, but this week may be its best chance so far to get its first SEC win. The Razorbacks are also winless in conference play, on a 5-game losing streak and are being led by an interim head coach.

Auburn is in desperate need of a win after falling to 3-4, and head coach Hugh Freeze is desperate for a win with his back against the wall.

Auburn was beaten by Missouri 23-17 on Saturday, Oct. 18. Arnold led Auburn with 207 yards on 18-of-30 passing (60.0%) for no touchdowns and one interception. He also carried the ball 17 times for 14 yards and one rushing touchdown. Cobb had 111 rushing yards on 19 carries. Coleman had six receptions for 108 yards.

Arkansas is a 2.5-point favorite at home against Auburn in Week 9. The Tigers (3-4, 0-4 SEC) are in the midst of a four-game losing streak and bring one of the SEC’s least productive offenses to Fayetteville. The defense has kept Auburn in games, but close losses have piled up.
