More than 2,000 cases of chicken broth sold at Walmart have been recalled due to a packaging issue that could lead to product spoilage.

Under a new partnership with reseller Rebag, Walmart has begun selling pre-owned goods from Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton and other designers.

Walmart urges those who purchased the chicken broth to throw it away or return it for a full refund. The retailer is currently working with its supplier to investigate. According to the Mayo Clinic, using the recalled broth could lead to food poisoning, which includes symptoms like upset stomach, diarrhea or vomiting.

FRISCO – Police have announced a second arrest in connection with a fatal shooting outside a Walmart in mid-November. The broth was produced by Tree House Foods Inc., which is based in Canada, and was initially recalled on Dec. 11, 2024, according to the Food and Drug Administration notice.
