The man purchased a $10 Multiplier Bonus scratch-off ticket in Blytheville with the hope that his wife would be right, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said in a Jan. 23 news release. He was shocked when he scratched off the ticket to reveal a $200,000 jackpot win, according to Arkansas lottery officials.
