Hampton Roads law firm buys naming rights for Virginia Beach’s Dome venue

The Norfolk-based Rutter Mills personal injury law firm has claimed the naming rights to Virginia Beach concert venue, The Dome — now to be called "The Dome by Rutter Mills."

Dana Plummer, 37, waived his right to a preliminary hearing in court Tuesday. His felony charges will now go to a grand jury. Plummer’s five felony charges include three counts of abduction, one count of malicious wounding of a pregnant woman and one count of aggravated malicious wounding.
