Republican nominee Phil Lyman has sued Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson for access to the signature packets — including private voter data — the Gov. Spencer Cox/Henderson campaign used to get on the primary election ballot.

Lyman and his gubernatorial running mate Natalie Clawson have also sued to obtain signature gathering packets with voters’ info on them.
