After the Chicago Bears had their four-game win streak snapped in Sunday's 30-16 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, some around the league are questioning the development of second-year quarterback Caleb Williams.

As the Bears continue to surge, one former NFL coach had words for Chicago and Ben Johnson before their tilt with the Ravens.

The Bears inconsistency is a big problem. We’re seven games into the Ben Johnson experience, and still no closer to knowing whether or not this is going to work. On the one hand it’s early, and judging any tenure this quickly is premature — but at the same time we’ve got enough of a sample size that we should be seeing some kind of improvement that indicates the building blocks in Chicago are there.
