Attorney General Kris Mayes' office will ask Arizona's top court to reconsider an earlier decision sending the criminal case back to a grand jury.

A coalition of 25 state attorneys general on Monday wrote to Shopify , requesting the platform pull its hosting services from websites selling vapes illegally, according to a letter from California's Attorney General's Office.

Attorney General Mayes, a Democrat, had been weighing her options for months after adverse court rulings set back the controversial prosecution.
