Kristin Cabot's CEO husband was on an overseas business trip when she was caught canoodling with Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert, a source told The Post.

On July 16, Andy Byron and Cabot were caught getting close on the kiss cam while spending time together at the Coldplay concert in Foxborough, Mass.

The sighting came just hours after news broke that she had resigned from her position as Director of People at Astronomer, the $1.2 billion data startup where she worked alongside Byron. An astronomer confirmed Kristin’s resignation, telling TMZ, "Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer -- she’s resigned."
