Ada Valley Meat Company issued a recall for over 1,000 pounds of frozen ground beef that may be contaminated with metal.

Ada Valley Meat Company has issued a recall on their 20-pound cases of frozen cooked ground beef with pack dates for May 28 and May 30 for possibly containing pieces of metal. The company has received at least one complaint about the ground beef but no injuries have been reported.

Ada Valley Meat Company has recalled approximately 1,065 pounds of fully cooked frozen ground beef due to potential metal contamination, according to a Tuesday announcement from the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
