TOWN OF CHENANGO, N.Y. (WBNG) — A Town of Chenango Woman was arrested on several felony charges after deputies said she stole someone’s car while two young children were inside early Monday morning. Dana E. Dioguardi, 46, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 26, on the following charges.

A local woman who allegedly stole a car with a baby in the backseat has been arrested. According to a Facebook post from the Chubbuck Police Department, officers arrested Rikki Johnson, 37, in connection with an alleged vehicle theft that took place Sunday night.
