President Donald Trump has pledged to carry out the largest deportation effort in US history, vowing to ultimately deport all of the foreigners living in the country without permission. They are thought to number at least 11 million,

The president has issued directives to expedite the removal of millions of undocumented immigrants from the U.S., which has immigrant groups bracing for raids.

An estimated 11.7 million people are living in the U.S. illegally, and ICE currently has the budget to detain only about 41,000.
