Jason Statham's retired "Beekeeper" Adam Clay is back to take on his makers in the sequel to his 2024 action pic.

Of all the macho, bald, bearded dudes who sometimes wear logoless baseball caps Jason Statham has played in the last few years, the title character from The Beekeeperis certainly the ones that stands out the most.

The first trailer for The Beekeeper 2, which will feature AEW's Adam Copeland, was released today ahead of its January 2027 theatrical release. Copeland does not appear in the trailer:

No Time to Die (released in 2021) is remembered for many things. Its several COVID-related delays, the ending of Daniel Craig’s James Bond, a great theme song by Billie Eilish, and of course, a notable car-based action sequence featuring a classic Aston Martin armed with automatic weapons.

The Beekeeper and Mutiny star Jason Statham is the king of action movies, and one Hollywood insider perfectly explains why he's the best of the best.
