B ATH TWP., Mich. (WILX) - Officials have confirmed the small plane that crashed in Bath Township on Thursday happened during a scheduled maintenance flight. The plane — identified Friday by Duncan Aviation as a Hawker 800XP — crashed near the intersection of Clark and Peacock Roads around 5 p.m. on Oct. 16, killing three people.
