Notre Dame football moved up again in the US LBM Coaches Poll. How high did they rise?
Notre Dame football took care of business against Boston College, and once again moved up in the US LBM Coaches Poll after Week 10’s action.
In our weekly grading exercise, Notre Dame gets a C for its ugly win. Below, we hand out seven more grades from Week 10 -- one for every team that started or ended the day with national championship odds of +3000 or better. No. 3 Texas A&M (+950), No. 4 Alabama (+750) and No. 6 Oregon (+1000) were each off.
The Irish (6-2) moved up two spots from No. 12 to No. 10 after a surprisingly difficult win over Boston College while the Hoosiers (9-0) stayed at No. 2 after dominating Maryland. IU received 11 first-place votes in this week’s poll.
Quarterback Wyatt Brown rushes 18 times for 165 yards and was also 12 for 29 with 143 yards and three total touchdowns in a 27-21 win.

Good luck finding an Irish fan outside of their immediate family who believes this kicking problem will get sorted out in time to save the season.
