Amid the shocking arrests of Portland Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups and Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier, Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown says he doesn’t think the NBA is doing enough to protect its players from sports betting issues.

The Miami Heat guard was arrested in Orlando in a federal sports betting case that prosecutors say involved using confidential NBA information to place illegal wagers.

The three indicted with NBA connections are Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier; Damon Jones, a former NBA player who played with the Heat for one season; and Chauncey Billups, the head coach of the Portland Trailblazers and a former player.

Brunson is averaging 31.8 points, 5.0 assists and 4.0 rebounds to start the season, while Towns has relatively struggled with 17.0 points and 13.5 rebounds. Core starters like Mikal Bridges (18.0 PPG) and OG Anunoby (14.3 PPG) haven't had decent starts to the season either, so the team's 2-2 record could be written off as circumstantial.

The FBI announced Terry Rozier was one of six people arrested in an NBA gambling ring. A separate case involved Portland coach Chauncey Billups.
