HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The historic SHAPE Community Center in Third Ward was up in flames on Sunday. The Houston Fire Department said the fire, believed to be accidental, started at about 5 p.m.

A historical community center has been working to renew its child care services while hosting most of its programs after the Third Ward building caught on fire before Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
