What to know as college basketball’s 2025-26 season opens for the Davidson Wildcats men’s and women’s basketball teams.

Hunter Adam scored 18 points off of the bench to help lead the Davidson Wildcats past the DeSales Bulldogs 97-63 on Monday.

Senior Brendan Boyle, who played scholastically at Notre Dame-GP, led DeSales with 17 points off the bench. The Bulldogs will begin the D3 schedule on Friday when they play Neumann in the opening round of the Scranton Tip-Off Tournament.
